1. Duties

- FP process: woodwork, bonding, processing, finishing, packaging, etc.

- CP process: CP assembly, HK assembly, TR assembly/finishing, inspection, etc. 

2. Qualifications

- Gender: Male

- Age: 20 to 47

- Must be able to work overtime and on special shifts

3. Work location: 383 Sangnam-myeon, Miryang-si, Gyeongsangnam-do (주)한국카본

4. Employment type: Full-time with (주)주성기술산업 (partner company of (주)한국카본)

5. Work schedule: 4 days of work, 2 days off 

6. Working hours (3 teams, 2 shifts), day shifts can be fixed

- Daytime: 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM (100 minutes break)

- Nighttime: 7:30 PM - 7:30 AM (100 minutes break)

7. Salary: Hourly wage: 9,860 won

- 2 shifts: After 6 months, about 4 to 4.5 million won (including overtime, special shift allowance, and bonus), about 3.2 million won in the first month

- Daytime: After 6 months, about 3.5 to 4 million won (including overtime, special shift allowance, and bonus), about 2.8 million won in the first month

- Production incentive allowance (paid monthly): 0% for the first month,

- Production incentive allowance (paid monthly): 100% for the second month (171,728)

- Production incentive allowance (paid monthly): 200% for the third month (343,457)

- Production incentive allowance (paid monthly): 300% for the fourth month (515,185)

- Production incentive allowance (paid monthly): 400% for the fifth month (686,913)

- Production incentive allowance (paid monthly): 500% for the sixth month and after (858,642)
