1. Work
- Production of color cosmetics (lipsticks/powders, etc.)
- Long-term employees with 2 shifts
- Fixed daytime contract (3 months, renewable) - No overtime work

3. Workplace: 157, Pyeongcheon-ro 850beon-gil, Wonmi-gu, Bucheon-si, Gyeonggi-do (Dodang-dong), Kolmar Bucheon Plant, Korea
4. Work style: 2 shift regular (training period 3 months) of Jeongseong Systems, fixed daytime and fixed nighttime contract (3 months, renewable)
5. Workday: Monday to Friday
6. Working hours: 2 shifts (2 weeks during the day, 1 week at night), fixed during the day (3-month contract), fixed at night (3-month contract)
- Daytime: 08:00 ~ 17:00 (20:00 for overtime)
- Nighttime: 20:00 ~ 05:00 (07:30 for overtime)
- Contract staff can choose overtime work
- Working within 52 hours a week
7. Salary (hourly wage 9,860 won)
- Fixed daytime: 2,060,740 won or more (overtime work separately)
- Average for 2 shifts: 2.6 million won ~ 3 million won
- Salary difference depending on the work in charge
- 500,000 won each for New Year's and Chuseok, 50% of basic salary for continuous service bonus, management performance bonus, continuous service allowance/continuous service celebration bonus separately
